Are there any traits for getting your Fighters into space faster than the base launch rates? I believe Launch Tubes in Starmada did that but they did not translate that role over into Fleet Ops.
One thing I'm noticing is that it seems to make more sense to put lesser numbers of fighters on more hulls rather than having a dedicated 'Carrier'. It seems odd hybrid ships are more efficient at fighter ops than a dedicated carrier type of vessel.
At first glance, the 'cigar-box carriers' seem to be gone (not sure if it's due to different calculation methods or what) but the dedicated carries also dont seem to be as desirable either.
Any thoughts on a trait that would enable more rapid launch of fighters and how much the cost (in SUs and VPs) would be?
