I wouldn't think so. As mentioned above, you're talking about a difference of less than 7% even in the worst case -- i.e. a ship on which all of the weapons have the "Short-Range" or "Long-Range" trait.

Also, can we have a finalised list of the altered modifiers? Just to make sure we're all on the same page, so to speak...

I'm going to re-do the conversions anyway, but it will be a much slower pace, and won't be put up all at once.

Wow...I feel like I kicked over an anthill lol.

Luckily, I'm just playing Fleet Ops atm so no conversion required. And on the Fleet Ops front, it was pretty easy to make the fix. :)
