Howdy - I noticed in some scenarios of Tsar & Emperor certain divisions have squadrons - how far a part (in hexes) may these divisional squadrons operate from each or does it not matter? Rule of thumb?

Squadrons are considered "divisions" in the rules. We are just using the historical labels.
