Never had a problem with files from the site before but this one just won't download. Could you e-mail it to me please?

Robin

No problem, please send me a PM with your email address. (If anyone else needs this file sent please send PM)

This is strange, wonder why this one file? Are you using IE9?

I know most of you will have noticed by now.

Record sheet cell A22 should refer to Ops cell C72 not cell C732.

I have corrected this for future downloads but it only takes a second to delete the "3"s on the ones already downloaded.

Paul
So let it be written, so let it be done.

Paul,

I notice that when I select a Defense of 0 the Used SU and Remaining SU boxes display as #N/A.

If I convert a ship from Starmada with Shields 0 this should be a Defense of 1 but that is not an option (presumably as it is essentially no Defense).

This is weird, I have tested the file in .ods and .xls formats and can not replicate this error.
The only way I have found to get #N/A in the SU used and remaining is by:
1) Entering a hull of less than 2 or more than 12.
2) Entering a Defense factor of 1.
I do think that it might have been mentioned on page 29 that the plus 1 would only apply if the ship had shields of some sort.
What spreadsheet type are you using? Does the N/A show anywhere else?
Anyone else had this problem? It is straight addition and subtraction, nothing fancy.

I am using it as .xls (and using Excel 2003)

Interestingly if I leave the Defense box blank it all works fine - it just doesn't seem to like selecting 0.

Must be the way Excel 2003 handles cells formatted as "Text", which this cell is (no reason other than to allow the "+" after the number.
Leaving it blank should still give a 0 on the record sheet.

Let me know how it goes with the sheet.

On the Record sheet, battery X of ship 3 is not displaying the range or any traits as it appears to be calling the wrong cell references from the input sheet.

If you change the cell references from 83 to 84 it works.

Is there an excel sheet to convert Starmada stats in SFO stats, please?
I'm trying to do it, but I'm not a excel expert and it would be very crude.
