More importantly, remember this is a service to our customer base, which may or may not overlap with yours. While we're nice people, and probably would like you if we got to know you (and vice versa), we're not doing this for you. Please keep that in mind when posting announcements, answering questions, and otherwise carrying on in our sandbox.
