I am in the process of finding an appropriate countermeasure.

I think that everyone that gets spammed should get together and threaten legal action against the manufacturers of any products mentioned in spam.
Then let the manufacturers deal with the spammers!

Everyone that spams for the "fun" of it should be consigned to the third level of Hell.
