Re: Grand Fleets III

Pre-Dreds and Great War will get me in. Not so interested in WW2, but I do play moderns.

Abstracted air and submarine assets sounds a good way to handle them.

The cards look fantastic.

Point Defense vs Drones

Am I correct in assuming that attacks by drones are subject to damage reduction by Point Defense in the same way that attacks by Fighters are?

Re: Thoughts on Cloaking

Let me second the idea of allowing Scouts to be more proficient at detectting cloaked ships. Giving a -1 modifier to the cloaking failure roll if the enemy fleet contains scouts seems a bit powerful. I could easilly see this leading to parking the single scout on the far edge of the map becoming the...

Re: On Demand 3D Printing for Starmada and Iron Stars

Anything ever come of this for IS? Or more ships from Brigade?

I can understand if the minis aren't selling well enough to make it economically worth the risk, but thought I'd ask.

Re: New Year's Resolutions

I'm buying stuff as fast as I can, Dan.
At t his point if you want me to buy more you need to release more. Tsar and Emperor is on my list as soon as its available. Making it a dual duty GF/GA pack is a great idea.

I'll try for some beter close-ups. But there really isn't much more to see. I don't think any of the models so far are longer than 2cm! I did do up the Chinese from scenario 2 last night. Took about 2 hours start to finish. Barn red paint, and some chunkier hulls. Japanese are next. The great bit is...

Pics are up on SSCN message boards.

Now about those FACs, I figure 30-60 length, so 1-2mm in scale. Is that close?
